Accommodations

Avon will assign rooms per account based on your registration requests and will cover the cost of your hotel on Friday, January 24 and Saturday, January 25.

EXECUTIVE LEADERS

Congratulations! You and your Co-App get your own room at the resort in recognition of your achievements! If you wish to share your room with another Leader, simply select the option during registration.

GOLD & SILVER LEADERS

You’ll share a room with another amazing Leader. During registration, you have the opportunity to request a specific Leader to room with. Please make sure your requested roommate also requests you when they register. We will do our best to accommodate these requests. If you would like to have your own room, you can buy out the other half of the room for $160 per night on January 24 and 25.

Want to come to Orlando early or stay longer? There are a limited number of rooms at the resort for 3 days pre- and post-Kickoff at the rate of $259 per night ($319.50 with fees and taxes). These rooms are on a first-come, first-served basis. Please include any additional room night requests in your online registration. Note: Pre- and post-Kickoff rooms are not guaranteed until the hotel confirms availability.

Hotel Charges

During check-in, you will be asked to present a credit card for incidentals and any additional room nights you’ve requested. A hold of $100 per night will be placed on your account for incidental charges.

When you check out, the credit hold will be released and the amount due, if any, will be charged to the card you provided at check-in. If you didn’t make any incidental purchases or add room nights to your stay, the entire held amount will be credited within 10 business days.

The resort accepts American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club, JCB and Discover.

If you are paired with a roommate, you can settle incidental charges together during check-out.

Travel Tip

We recommend you use a credit card rather than a debit card to avoid a withdrawal from your bank account.

Personal Charges

You will be responsible for room service, phone calls outside the Continental US, parking (discounted $13 + tax daily parking fee), in-room movies, laundry services, gift purchases, spa services, activities and other incidentals. Calls within the US are complimentary.

Hotel Check-in

Check-in begins at 4 PM ET on Friday, January 24. Please have your photo I.D. and a credit card ready.

Arriving earlier than 4 PM? The resort will do their best to accommodate you. If your room is not ready, just stow your bags with the bell desk and start exploring the resort!

Hotel Check-out

Hotel check-out is 11 AM ET on Sunday, January 26. Please be sure to settle incidental charges with the hotel and your roommate.

Bring your luggage to General Session on Sunday morning and we will store it for you until departure.

Avon Hospitality Desk


After you check in, head to the Avon Hospitality Desk located at the Plaza Reception Desk to say hello and receive your name badge and onsite agenda.
