Will there be a live, in-person event this year?

Yes, there will be a small in-person component for VIP Attendees. VIP Attendees will receive a special email invitation to participate in person – spaces are limited. The event is open to all Avon representatives virtually for $30

What is a VIP Pass, and how much does it cost?

A VIP Pass offers complimentary access to the event and is only available to a select group of Representatives who have been invited to attend either in person or virtually.

Who is invited to register with a VIP Pass?

Representatives in the following groups have been invited to register with complimentary VIP Attendance as a big thank you for their hard work and achievements:

  • Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze Executives (as of C22)
  • President’s Council and Inner Circle Members (as of C22)
  • Gold and Silver Leaders (as of C22)
  • McConnell Members (as of C22)
  • 2021 Concierge and Diamond Club Achievers
  • Top 10 National Pinnacle Trackers across 10 Sales/Leadership/LABC categories (as of C22)
  • Beauty Board Members
  • Content Creators

Which VIPs can bring their Co-Applicants for in-person attendance?

Invited Executive Leaders, Inner Circle Members and President’s Council Members will have the ability to register and share a room with their Co-Applicants. All other VIPs will be invited to participate individually at no cost, but are not able to register their Co-Applicant for in-person attendance. However, they may register their Co-Applicant for free for virtual participation.

What is a General Virtual Attendee, and how much does it cost?

A General Virtual Attendee offers access to the virtual event only and is available to all current Avon Representatives for $30. Registered General Pass holders will be able to view all Kickoff events and participate virtually.

As a virtual attendee, can I participate in the Recognition events on Wednesday and Thursday?

Yes, it’s encouraged! These events are for all attendees, and we’ll need everyone at home to help us get the celebrations going. Make sure to post your viewing set-up and event outfits on social with #AvonKickoff. Participate and give your shout-outs in the chat. Plus, we’ll share menus to help inspire you as you prep meals to enjoy during the show.

Is in-person attendance guaranteed for all registered VIP Pass holders?

No. In-person attendance is based on a first-come, first-serve basis for the available spots we have open at the hotel. If you receive a VIP invitation, we encourage you to register fast as we do anticipate filling up.

If I received a VIP invitation, am I automatically registered for in-person attendance?

No, you must register for in-person attendance. Once we’ve reached capacity for in-person attendees, all remaining VIPs will only have the option to register for virtual attendance.

December 1-3, 2021. Please refer to the Agenda for more details.

Can my Co-Applicant register for the virtual event?

Yes! Registration is open to all Representatives and Co-Applicants for virtual attendance. You will have the ability to add and pay for your Co-Applicant during registration. VIPs can register their Co-Applicants for virtual attendance for free.

How many viewing passes can I purchase?

There is one pass available per Representative. If you have a Co-Applicant account, you may purchase one additional pass.

Can a guest attend the Kickoff virtually?

You must be an Avon Representative to register. But remember, signing up to become a Representative costs $0 right now — there’s never been a better time to bring new friends into the Avon family and get them to join in on the fun!

How can I pay for a General Pass?

You can purchase your General Pass with Visa, MasterCard or American Express on the registration site.

How can I watch Kickoff virtually?

All registered Representatives will receive specific instructions on how to log in and watch the show. View the event LIVE or watch replays on demand at our Watch page. We recommend tuning in from your desktop or tablet for the best viewing experience. Keep an eye out for more details!

Will there be an incentive for General Pass invitees to earn free registration?

There is no incentive at this time.

Will registered attendees receive swag?

There is no swag bag for this event. All attendees will receive a complimentary registration gift (one per registered account). Details will be announced during the event.

In addition to the registration gift, Registered VIP Pass holders will also receive ONE box with special meeting materials and Avon products (one per registered account). VIPs must register by November 1 to receive the pre-event materials before December 1. VIPs who register after this date will receive all event materials and gifts after the event.

What is the complimentary registration gift?

We don’t want to spoil the surprise, but stay tuned for something exciting!

Will there be exclusive shopping opportunities during the show?

Of course! There will be Kickoff exclusives that are only available to registered attendees who watch the live show.

When will the virtual viewing link be sent to registered attendees?

Use the Watch page link to watch all LIVE and VOD programming.

What if I can’t watch the virtual event live?

No worries! We’ll share replays with registered attendees after the event on the Watch page.

Where can I watch training session replays after the event?

Training videos will be available on demand until January 15 on the Kickoff website. After that date, you’ll be able to find the training videos on AVON U.

Will there be Spanish translation for the in-person event?

We will provide a headset and a Spanish feed for in-person attendees who require Spanish translation.

Will there be Spanish translation for the virtual event?

Unfortunately, we will not be able to provide the option to watch Kickoff broadcasting LIVE in Spanish. Instead, we will broadcast a fun, action-packed daily recap on our Grupo de Representantes Avon (Español) Facebook page each evening during Kickoff, where we will present all Kickoff information in Spanish. We apologize for the inconvenience.

If I qualified/earned an award or recognition this year, but can’t attend in person, will I still receive it?

Of course! We’ll recognize achievers at our virtual event, and we’ll be in touch with more information soon. We are recognizing achievers who registered for the event by November 10, 2021.

What is the cancellation policy?

Registered General Pass holders will receive a 100% refund if you cancel by November 7, 2021. If you register for in-person attendance and need to cancel, you may do so by November 7, 2021, with no penalties. Any in-person cancellation made after November 7 will result in a $360 cancellation fee (per registered in-person Representative and Co-Applicant) charged to the Representative’s Avon account.
