In-Person Attendees Only

We’re delighted to once again offer an in-person component for VIP Attendees for Avon Kickoff 2022 at Beverly Wilshire Hotel, A Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills, California! This luxurious and iconic hotel (famously featured in Pretty Woman) has incredible amenities, including a Mediterranean-style outdoor pool, a spa and fine dining. And it’s located in the heart of Beverly Hills with easy access to Rodeo Drive!

We will have a limited in-person capacity as we reunite the Avon family to close our iconic 135th anniversary and begin to plan for the upcoming year. We’re confident our plans will offer the best parts of being together—and be our LIVE studio audience as we broadcast our meeting virtually to representatives across the country.

VIP Attendees will receive a special invitation allowing them to register for in-person or virtual attendance for Kickoff. Those who select and are confirmed with VIP In-Person Attendance will be treated to a 2-night stay at Beverly Wilshire, A Four Seasons Hotel, from December 1-3. Meals will be covered, starting with dinner on December 1 through lunch on December 3. All VIP In-Person Attendees are responsible for all travel and transportation to and from the event.

Only VIP Executive Leaders, Inner Circle Members and President’s Council Members will have the option to register themselves and their Co-Applicants for in-person attendance. These VIP In-Person Attendees and their Co-Applicants will share a room

All other invited VIPs will only be able to register themselves individually and will share a room with another VIP Attendee.

Individually registered VIPs who wish to have their own room will have the opportunity to buy out the other half of their room at the cost of $360. If you are interested in this option, email AvonEvents@cteusa.com after your completed registration. These requests are based on availability and are not guaranteed until you receive confirmation.

Interested in extending your stay while attending Kickoff? Avon has a limited amount of hotel rooms 3 days before and after our event dates, December 1-3. If you are interested in extending your stay at the Avon rate of $357.13 per night, please email AvonEvents@cteusa.com once you have completed your registration. These additional nights are not guaranteed and are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. They are only guaranteed once you have received confirmation. Please wait to book your travel arrangements until you have received confirmation of any additional room nights.

Once we’ve reached capacity for in-person attendees, all remaining VIP Representatives will only have the option to register for virtual attendance.

Hotel Charges

During check-in, you’ll be asked to present a credit card for incidentals and any additional room nights you’ve requested. A hold of $100 per night will be placed on your account for incidental charges.

When you check out, the credit hold will be released and the amount due, if any, will be charged to the card you provided at check-in. If you didn’t make any incidental purchases or add room nights to your stay, the entire held amount will be credited within 10 business days.

The hotel accepts American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club, JCB and Discover.

If you are paired with a roommate, you can settle incidental charges together during check-out.

Travel Tip: We recommend you use a credit card rather than a debit card to avoid a withdrawal from your bank account.
